As we move into the cooler months, our bartenders and management have created a fall cocktail list to reflect the season. Featuring ingredients like nutmeg, chutney and pumpkin, this list is sure to make a lover of autumn out of just about anyone.

Featuring rye, lemon juice and Saskatoon berry chutney, this cocktail is served on the rocks and topped with chutney. Smooth and tart at the same time.
Brandy, Fernet Jelinek, winter spice simple syrup and lemon juice are shaken together and strained into a candied pecan rimmed coup. Our take on a classic cocktail.
Midnight Spice – November Feature
Espresso, pumpkin and rum – how can you go wrong with these ingredients? Available throughout the month of November, the Midnight Spice cocktail was created by our mixology team as an ode to autumn. We like to think of this cocktail as liquid dessert – perfect to enjoy when you are craving something sweet after dinner.
Our bar team loves to get creative! They stock a variety of bitters, simple syrups and unique spirits to create custom cocktails to best suit the palates of our guests. So take a seat at the bar and one of our mixologists would be thrilled to create a cocktail just for you. Who knows, you may even see it pop up our next cocktail list.
