Fall Menu and Cocktails Have Arrived!


Have a seat in our cozy dining room as we move into the cooler months and savour on one of our new appetizers, entrees or delectable cocktails.

Our head Chef Lance, came up with several new offerings on both the lunch and dinner menu, but don’t worry we have still kept some of the classics including: Black Pepper Linguine and Elk Salami Pizza. The new menu includes updated appetizers, mains, and tasty sides to complement any selection of dishes. Expect to feast on Baked Ricotta and Warm Olives, Beet Salad with White Balsamic or ‘AAA’ Filet Mignon with Pinot Noir Demi-Glaze.  All dishes are best served with family and friends or treat your special someone.

To pair with your delicious entrée our bar team has crafted some exciting new cocktails to take us through the cool months and warm ourselves from within. The delightfully effervescent list of inhibitions features ingredients such as: cherry vanilla bark bitters, macha, fig jam, and apple shrub.

Beet Salad: poppy seeds, chèvre, hazelnuts, fennel, white balsamic.

Some of our new cocktails include:

Star Gazing: Bombay Sapphire, Dolin dry, green tea, macha. Described as boozy and herbaceous with plenty of anti-oxidants.


Candy is Dandy: Nonino amaro, X Bulles sparkling, lemon juice, pok pok apple shrub, cherry vanilla bark bitters. An excellent after dinner treat if your looking for something sweet.


Tigris Altaica: Grey Goose orange, Cointreau, black Sambucca, heavy cream,
simple syrup. Perfect if your craving something rich and decadent.

About our team:

Our kitchen is lead by Chef Lancelot Monteiro who has created a menu with an unconventional Californian-Southwestern flare. In addition, we offer daily and nightly features with our specialties being flat bread style pizzas, homemade pastas, along with many different appetizers, salads, and entrees – truly something to suit everyone’s tastes.

Our cocktail program is led by CRMR’s Wine Director Brad Royale with creative input from the talented and smiling faces you will find behind the bar every evening. Each of our bartenders brings creativity, passion and a drive to craft a diverse selection of cocktails to offer our guests. We look forward to seeing you soon.
