The celebration of Cilantro’s 30th birthday in 2018 brought a fresh face to our Calgary classic, and with it our new nightly feature menu was born. Beginning on Tuesday through to Friday, Cilantro will be offering our guests a range of delicious bites and sips – aimed at satisfying your craving for great food, drinks and an a truly friendly and vibrant atmosphere in the heart of Calgary.
Tuesday – Classic Cocktails with a Twist
Join us on Tuesdays when we will be offering $8 classic cocktails, crafted by our Bar Manager and cocktail extraordinaire, Mike Squire. Pull up a chair at the bar, or enjoy with friends while taking in the details of our fresh atmosphere, seating and decor. These cocktails are sure to please those who DO want to mess with a good thing.
Wednesday – Chef’s Feature Pasta
Who can say no to pasta on a Wednesday? It’s the perfect way to celebrate the weekend closing in, or an extra push to get over the infamous mid-week hump. Join us every Wednesday to enjoy our chef’s feature pasta that is made fresh in house. Gnocchi to linguini and everything in between. The best part? It changes weekly, and who doesn’t love that?
Thursday – Charcuterie Boards & Wine
For $30, get your weekend started early with a charcuterie board for two and two glasses of specially selected house wine. The charcuterie will be chosen to pair with the house wine that week, so the options are endless each week! From ranch raised meats from CRMR’s own game ranch in Calgary, such as bison and elk, to a variety of cheeses, your tastebuds will thank you every Thursday.
Friday – Cellar Nights
For those who have a penchant for rare and interesting wines, this one’s for you. Every Friday, our Wine Director, Brad Royale will emerge from the depths of our Cilantro cellar with something unique for you to try. Order by the glass – one night only…one bottle only!
