The Big Taste 2018

From 2nd to 11th of March, we’ll be joining over 90 other restaurants around Calgary in The Big Taste Festival, bringing you 2 different set menus to sample some of our timelessly classic dishes. The Big Taste celebrates handmade food from the heart and the diverse variety available here in Calgary. Each restaurant will be serving up fixed priced menus that are guaranteed to be beyond delectable, you’ll be in foodie heaven!

This year we have two spreads featuring our favorite dishes, offering you the chance to sample some of the Cilantro classics we have become renowned for. From our Wild Mushroom Soup to our Braised Elk Gnocchi, you’re guaranteed to be leaving with an evolving love for Rocky Mountain Cuisine!

Duck confit and brie sandwich, fresh cranberry relish, organic greens

Warm chocolate chip cookies, vanilla gelato

CRMR Bison tartar, shallots, capers, gherkins, truffle oil, dill, quail egg, crostini

Second course
Braised CRMR Elk gnocchi, kale, cured egg, parmesan, fresh basil

Peanut butter pie, bubble berry jam, whiskey cream
