Bring the Family Together this Mother’s Day at Cilantro

This Mother’s Day our doors will be open for an extra special Sunday Night of celebrations. On May 13, we welcome all the incredible mothers and their families into our newly renovated restaurant, to show our shared appreciation for those extra special ladies in our lives. Chef Lancelot Monteiro has carefully crafted a Canadiana inspired, five-course set dinner menu*, bursting with flavor to please the palate on this special occasion.  See the full menu listed below.

FIRST COURSE
Tomato gazpacho
roxburn vegetables, cold press canola oil, herbed croûtons, jalapeño

Diver scallop risotto
orange fennel butter, ramesco cauliflower

Milk fed pork chop
scallion mash, tomato confit, roasted spring vegetables
