We are very excited to be one of the thousands of venues around the world participating in Negroni Week 2017, taking place from June 4-10! Presented by Imbibe Magazine and Campari, Negroni Week utilizes one of the world’s favourite cocktails to raise money for international charities.
This year, Cilantro will be donating $2 from every Negroni sold to Slow Food International a global, grassroots organization, founded in 1989 to prevent the disappearance of local food cultures and traditions, while educating people about where our food comes from and how our food choices affect the world around us.
“Negroni week is the perfect opportunity for us to use our craft in a positive manner,” says Ryan Mcleish, Cilantro Manager. “We are thrilled to be able to support Slow Food International through making a drink that we love so much – the Negroni.”
Cilantro’s love affair with Negronis is evident through the three uniquely crafted Negronis to sip during this week:
Floral and bubbly, this negroni features Dillons Rose Gin, Blanche De Chambly, Campari, sparkling riesling and rose petals.

Herbacious and balanced, this negroni features St. George gin, Cinzano Rosso and Blanco, Campari as well as Rosemary.
