This year we’ve gone a little wild for 2018 YYC Pizza Week! From September 21-29, we will be among great company showcasing a wide selection of delicious pies that raise money for Calgary Meals on Wheels.
Going back to our Canadiana roots, Chef Lance has crafted a seriously mouthwatering creation we’ve dubbed “The Wild Canadian”. This za’ features Pulled Bison Short Rib (sourced from CRMR’s very own Game Ranch just Southwest of Calgary), Buffalo Trace Bourbon BBQ Glaze, Lime Cured Red Onion, Chèvre, Wilted Kale, Soft Mozzarella and Local Red Chilies.
If those savoury toppings don’t have you convinced, just wait until you see the pizza fresh out of our wood burning oven – this first one of its kind in Alberta, straight from Italy itself. Just don’t forget to order a glass of wine like the 2016 La Posta Syrah blend or 2014 Mac Forbes Chardonnay from our hand-picked wine list to wash it all down. For all the beer lovers out there, we also offer a fantastic selection of local brews on tap
