SIX WHISKEYS FROM BRUICHLADDICH
FOUR PAIRED COURSES BY CILANTRO
We are excited to welcome Jamie Delia, Marketing Manager, Remy Cointreau on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 for a Bruichladdich Whiskey pairing dinner.
The evening will start with a Bruichladdich Whiskey based opening cocktail crafted by Cilantro Bar Manager, Mike Squire, followed by a four course dinner prepared by Chef Lance Monteiro and his culinary team at Cilantro. Each of the courses will be paired with one of Bruichladdich’s award winning, unique and often hard-to-find whiskeys: The Classic Laddie, The Organic 2009, Port Charlotte, Port Charlotte MRC01, Black Art and Octomore. If you’re a true whiskey lover – this is one dinner you won’t want to pass up!
To complement the evening, guests will be able to enjoy the newly updated floor space, décor and atmosphere from Cilantro’s recent renovations in January 2018. There are only 38 tickets available for the engaging evening of food and libations.

Complimentary parking is available in Cilantro’s back parking lot. Please register your plate with hostess upon arrival to Cilantro to avoid being ticketed.

Jamie Delia, Regional Marketing Manager for Remy Cointreau in Alberta has worked with the portfolio for over 2 years under Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits. She began as a sales representative, however the unique expertise and heritage of each of the Remy Cointreau brands is what drew Jamie to specializing in their specific portfolio. Exploring each of the brands; Mount Gay, The Botanist, Remy Martin, Bruichladdich, Louis XIII and Cointreau has educated her immensely on the importance of terroir, people, time and exception.
