The evening will start with a Rémy Martin Cognac based opening cocktail crafted by Cilantro Bar Manager, Mike Squire, followed by a four course dinner prepared by Chef Lance Monteiro and his culinary team at Cilantro. Each of the courses will be paired with one of Rémy Martin’s award winning Cognacs – VSOP1738 Accord Royal and XO

This dinner will take place in Cilantro’s cozy yet contemporary main floor that was renovated last year. There are only 38 tickets available for the engaging evening of food and libations.

Free parking is available at Cilantro behind the building in the Indigo lot. Please ensure you register your licence plate with the hostess upon your arrival to avoid being ticketed.

ABOUT JAMIE DELIA

Jamie Delia, Regional Marketing Manager for Remy Cointreau in Alberta has worked with the portfolio for over 2 years under Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits. She began as a sales representative, however the unique expertise and heritage of each of the Remy Cointreau brands is what drew Jamie to specializing in their specific portfolio. Exploring each of the brands; Mount Gay, The Botanist, Remy Martin, Bruichladdich, Louis XIII and Cointreau has educated her immensely on the importance of terroir, people, time and exception.
