Michelle is the Sous Chef at Cilantro and is one tough cookie that’s worked hard to prove her place on the line. Freshening up for its 30th Birthday, Cilantro will be closed from January 1, 2018 until February 2018 due to renovations in the casual and cozy restaurant. The renovations will focus mainly on updating the main floor by including new seating, tables, light fixtures and updated color scheme.
