We are very excited to be participating in the 2017 YYC Taco Fiesta for the second year in a row! This year we’ll be serving a plate of three southwest-inspired Braised CRMR Bison Tacos, each on a Corn Tortilla with Curtido, Chipotle Aioli, Tomatillo Salsa, Corn Salsa. Patio season is now upon us! Enjoy our newly revamped cocktail menu with some libations that are the perfect pairing to basking in the sun! Our new list is truly a collaboration of the bar team, management and Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts’ Wine Director, Brad Royale. Coming together to create cocktails that delight the palate using classic techniques and creative ingredients is signature of our team. Syrups are made in-house so they can be perfectly tweaked to the vision of the cocktail creator.
Announced today, Cilantro has been named one of the 100 Best Outdoor Dining Restaurants in Canada for 2016 by OpenTable diners. The list of winners is derived from more than 275,000 reviews for approximately 1,700 restaurants submitted by OpenTable diners across the country.
Cilantro is looking forward to joining 85 of their fellow Calgary restaurants to celebrate Calgary’s love of dining with the Big Taste Foodie Festival March 4th – 13th. Throughout this ten day festival, Cilantro looks forward to welcoming guests at both lunch and dinner.
