Cilantro’s drink menu is a vast collection of wines, spirits, beer and cocktails. At 22 pages long, there’s no doubt you’ll find something on there to cheers with friends and complement the flavors of your food. The master behind the day to day running of the bar is the wonderful Mike Squire. Regulars would agree he’s without doubt one of the nicest guys in the industry, levelheaded and as cool as a cucumber on those busy nights. We sat down with Squire to find out a little bit more about his time at Cilantro and his career journey with CRMR.

We are extremely excited to announce the arrival of Cilantro’s Spring Dinner Series on April 24, May 22, and June 26, 2018.
Chef Lancelot Monteiro along with CRMR’s Wine Director, Brad Royale have teamed up again for this intimate and engaging evening of food and libations. There are only 20 tickets available for these dinners which will take place in Cilantro’s Upstairs Lounge.The evenings will be hosted by Brad Royale who will walk you through hand-picked wines that have been carefully paired with 3 courses and 1 amuse-bouche prepared by Cilantro’s culinary team.

The Big Taste celebrates handmade food from the heart and the diverse variety available here in Calgary. Each restaurant will be serving up fixed priced menus that are guaranteed to be beyond delectable, you’ll be in foodie heaven!

Every Tuesday to Friday from 11.30am to 2pm a unique lunch menu will be available bringing you 3 tasty dishes featuring some of our classics.

The celebration of Cilantro’s 30th birthday in 2018 brought a fresh face to our Calgary classic, and with it our new nightly feature menu was born. Beginning on Tuesday through to Friday, Cilantro will be offering our guests a range of delicious bites and sips – aimed at satisfying your craving for great food, drinks and an a truly friendly and vibrant atmosphere in the heart of Calgary.

We are excited to welcome Jordan Cameron, Representative and Regional Marketing Manager for Moët Hennessy-Glenmorangie to Cilantro on Thursday, February 22nd for a scotch pairing dinner.
The evening will start with a Glenmorangie based opening cocktail crafted by CRMR’s Wine Director Brad Royale, followed by a four course dinner prepared by Chef Lance Monteiro and his culinary team at Cilantro. Each of the courses will be paired with a Glenmorangie Single Malt – Original, Lasanta, Nectar D’Or and Quinta Ruban.
