The menu, crafted by Chef Lancelot Monteiro and Josh Cocca, will feature some of Cilantro’s classic menu items and others that have been created specifically for this special night. The evening will begin with an amuse bouche followed by three delectable courses and a surprise dessert to share crafted by our Pastry Chef.

We are excited to welcome Doug Ward to Cilantro on Wednesday, November 9th for a scotch dinner. Doug Ward is the Vice President of Charton Hobbs and well-versed on Glenmorangie Scotch with more than 20 years working closely with this prestigious brand. We will start the evening with a Glenmorangie based cocktail crafted by CRMR’s Wine Director Brad Royale followed by a four course dinner prepared by the culinary team at Cilantro. Each of the courses will be paired with a Glenmorangie Single Malt.

We are looking forward to participating in YYC Pizza Week for the second year in a row. This year we will be entering the race with a Beef Taco Pizza featuring ground AAA beef tenderloin, citrus ancho crust, jalapeño jack cheese, shredded lettuce, lime sour cream, pickled peppers, crisp tortillas and fresh avocado. This pizza will be available at lunch and dinner throughout Pizza Week.

For each Negroni sold during Negroni Week, June 6 to June 12, 2016, Cilantro will be donating $1 to the The Women’s Centre in Calgary. Presented by Imbibe and Campari, Negroni Week is a worldwide celebration of the Negroni with a charitable aspect.

Patio season is now upon us! Enjoy our newly revamped cocktail menu with some libations that are the perfect pairing to basking in the sun! Our new list is truly a collaboration of the bar team, management and Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts’ Wine Director, Brad Royale. Coming together to create cocktails that delight the palate using classic techniques and creative ingredients is signature of our team. Syrups are made in-house so they can be perfectly tweaked to the vision of the cocktail creator.

Big Taste 2016 |Lunch & Dinner

Cilantro is looking forward to joining 85 of their fellow Calgary restaurants to celebrate Calgary’s love of dining with the Big Taste Foodie Festival March 4th – 13th. Throughout this ten day festival, Cilantro looks forward to welcoming guests at both lunch and dinner.

The lunch menu is three courses for $25 and the dinner menu is five courses for $65. Reservations are now being accepted online or by calling 403.229.1177.
