We are celebrating our 30th birthday on Tuesday, October 23 – and you’re invited! Join us as we walk through the last 30 years of delicious eats while sharing battle stories and favourite memories from past as well as current staff who have all contributed to Cilantro’s longevity and overall welcoming atmosphere.
The evening will start with an opening cocktail crafted by Tony Migliarese of Tavernetta and Cilantro Bar Manager Mike Squire, followed by a four course dinner prepared by Chef Lance Monteiro and his culinary team at Cilantro. Inspired by past and longtime employees, including Michael Miller from Añejo, Ken Canavan from CRMR Kitchen, Justine Cockx from CRMR and Rob Whitfield from Cilantro, each of the courses will be paired with wines choosen by Brad Royale, CRMR Wine Director.
There are only 36 tickets available for the engaging evening of food and libations.
