The Big Taste is back for another year and we look forward to joining more than 95 other restaurants to celebrate Calgary’s vibrant dining scene. Join us March 3rd through March 12th to experience either a three course lunch menu for $25 or indulge in our five course gourmet menu at dinner for $65 per person. Both menus will feature Cilantro’s signature Californian – Southwestern cuisine prepared by Chefs Lancelot Monteiro and Josh Cocca.

Shake the boring lunch routine with Cilantro’s Express Lunch. Chef Lancelot Monteiro will be crafting a three course lunch each day for $24 per person. Enjoy two courses at Cilantro and take back something sweet to the office to snack on later in the day. The Express Lunch is designed to allow you to dine within an hour and have you back at work fueled to tackle the afternoon.

Enjoy what is sure to be a memorable Valentine’s Day indulging in our four course Chef’s menu. Our quaint and cozy dining room offers a romantic setting to celebrate with your valentine. The menu, crafted by Chef Lancelot Monteiro and Josh Cocca, will feature some of Cilantro’s classic menu items and others that have been created specifically for this special night. The evening will begin with an amuse bouche followed by three delectable courses and a surprise dessert to share crafted by our Pastry Chef.

We are excited to welcome Doug Ward to Cilantro on Wednesday, November 9th for a scotch dinner. Doug Ward is the Vice President of Charton Hobbs and well-versed on Glenmorangie Scotch with more than 20 years working closely with this prestigious brand. We will start the evening with a Glenmorangie based cocktail crafted by CRMR’s Wine Director Brad Royale followed by a four course dinner prepared by the culinary team at Cilantro. Each of the courses will be paired with a Glenmorangie Single Malt.
celebrate our southwestern cuisine during YYC Pizza Week!
We are looking forward to participating in YYC Pizza Week for the second year in a row. This year we will be entering the race with a Beef Taco Pizza featuring ground AAA beef tenderloin, citrus ancho crust, jalapeño jack cheese, shredded lettuce, lime sour cream, pickled peppers, crisp tortillas and fresh avocado. This pizza will be available at lunch and dinner throughout Pizza Week.
Cilantro is looking forward to joining 85 of their fellow Calgary restaurants to celebrate Calgary’s love of dining with the Big Taste Foodie Festival March 4th – 13th. Throughout this ten day festival, Cilantro looks forward to welcoming guests at both lunch and dinner.
