The evening will start with a Casamigos Tequila based opening cocktail crafted by Cilantro Bar Manager Mike Squire, followed by four outstanding courses prepared by Chef Lance Monteiro and his culinary team at Cilantro. Each of the courses will be paired with one of Casamigos award winning tequilas, made popular by famous founder, George Clooney. Sip your way through Casamigo’s lineup of Blanco, Añejo, Mezcal and Reposado.

We are extremely excited to announce the return of Cilantro’s Spring Dinner Series on April 10, May 22 and June 26, 2019.
Chef Lancelot Monteiro along with CRMR’s Wine Director, Brad Royale will be teaming up again for these intimate and engaging evenings of food and libations. There are only 22 tickets available for each of these dinners, which will take place in Cilantro’s upstairs lounge. The evenings will be hosted by Brad Royale who will walk you through hand-picked wines that have been carefully paired with 3 courses and 1 amuse-bouche prepared by Cilantro’s culinary team.

To celebrate the occasion, Chef Lance and his culinary team at Cilantro have crafted a special set-choice, five-course Valentine’s Day menu.
Complementing the menu, each person will receive a glass of sparkling wine included with dinner.
Tickets are broken into 30 minute increment options beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. for the flexibility to perfectly plan your evening with the one you love most.

To ring in the new year, join us for a special three- or five-course set choice menu crafted by Chef Lance and his talented culinary team at Cilantro. Complementing the menu, each person will receive a glass of sparkling wine included with dinner.
For those with after-dinner or early-evening plans, our three-course dinner option beginning at 5 p.m. will to allow you to fuel up with a delicious dinner before heading off to celebrations further afield. For those looking for later plans to enjoy into the evening, we will also be running a five-course set choice menu starting at 7:30 p.m. until midnight.

Freshening up for its 30th Birthday, Cilantro will be closed from January 1, 2018 until February 2018 due to renovations in the casual and cozy restaurant. The renovations will focus mainly on updating the main floor by including new seating, tables, light fixtures and updated color scheme.
